How do I book?
Email us on info@trips-out.co.uk, give us a call – 07740 335 052 (Lorraine) 07739 010 541 (Sarah) – or use the contact us page on the website.
We will send you a reservation email with all the details you need. A full reminder of pick up times and all the trip details will be sent out to you again 2 weeks prior to the day.
How do I pay?
We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve your space and the balance is then due 6 weeks before the trip. We will send you a reminder for this. We accept payment by BACS, cheque or you can pay by card on the payment page on the website once you have your booking reference.
Where are your pickup points?
Our pickup point in Ashford is from Matalan Lower Car Park, Brookfield Road, Ashford. TN23 4YW. You can leave a car here for free.
Our pickup in Maidstone is from the bus stop in front of The Orida Hotel, Bearsted Road, Maidstone. ME14 5AA. You can leave a car in the hotel car park for £6.
We can also offer pickups in Folkestone and Hythe – please let us know if you require this.
