Our aim is to keep the company terms and conditions as simple as possible. I want you to enjoy your ‘Trips-Out’ experience, and for you to understand that every effort will be made to make that happen.

Your Trip:

Please understand that ‘Trips-Out’ will order your tickets and book a coach. Any cancellation after the deposit, will mean you are liable for those full costs. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances, I will make every effort to sell your spaces for you and to keep costs to an absolute minimum.

The balance/total amount of your booking is due 6 weeks before the trip.

Trips-Out reserve the right to try to resell any tickets not paid for on time.

Any payments that are not honoured incur a minimum charge of £15.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Tickets for the theatre are generally booked and paid for many months in advance to ensure you get the best seats available.

Any tickets or package provided by Trips-Out cannot be resold at a profit.

‘Trips-Out’ do not own the coaches. We hope to provide the best coaches available for your trip, at the most reasonable cost.

Please let me know if you are unhappy with the coach or driver.

In the unlikely event of a coach breakdown or of any travel hazards

(e.g. Road accidents, weather conditions).  ‘Trips-Out’ cannot accept responsibility for failure to get to the venue.

All timings are made to allow plenty of time to get to the destination.

The coach company will make every effort to get you there. If that fails, I will pursue the coach company on your behalf to recoup any costs.

Similarly, if the show performance is cancelled, for whatever reason, ‘Trips-Out’ cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen problem. I will pursue the ticket company and/or the theatre for either a refund, or for an alternative date for you, and any other costs. It is in the interests of the coach company and myself to ensure you enjoy your trip and get to and from your destination safely.

Mobile phones must be turned off in the theatre.

Alcohol is not permitted on the coaches. It is against the law.

Any unruly behaviour will result in your trip being terminated with no compensation. If this is on the coach, you will be asked to leave.
